Already on November 15 this year. One of the most anticipated events in the IT industry will take place – the fifth edition of Women in IT Day 2023. The aim of the event is education, relationship building and mentoring to inspire and support women at various stages of their career.

The organizer is Future Collars – a school of digital competences, in cooperation with the European Women’s Association and DIGITALEUROPE.

The event is supported by over 50 leading companies, organizations, institutions and media from both Poland and abroad.

This is a place for women who are taking their first steps in the IT industry or are considering changing their career. Workshops and panels within this path help women at the beginning of their path to IT. Whether they have experience in other fields or are learning programming, practical workshops as part of the RE:START path will help develop skills and shape the future in technology.

UP:GREAT path
This is a space that directs you to specialized workshops, improving your skills and taking on new challenges in IT. It is dedicated to women who have been developing in the IT industry for 2-5 years. Those looking for inspiration, wanting to deepen their skills and confidently move forward on their professional path in technology.

These meetings are an excellent opportunity to meet experts from the IT industry who represent various professional roles, such as product owner, Java/Python programmer, scrum master, BI Developer, analyst and many others. It is here that participants can gain direct access to first-hand knowledge, thanks to which they will gain greater insight into specific positions in the field of IT.
