Paulina Samborska

Certified Project and Product Manager with 10 years of experience, leading projects in the IT and Telco sectors for large corporations such as Orange and Nordea, as well as smaller organizations serving clients from both the public and private sectors. Seeking to expand knowledge in the IT field in 2021, she embarked on a journey managing projects in blockchain technology. She had the pleasure of completing a six-month internship at the European Parliament in Brussels as a recipient of the Robert Schuman scholarship, undoubtedly contributing to her expertise in financing projects from EU funds.

Throughout her career, she has prioritized the timely, compliant, and budget-friendly delivery of projects on one hand, while on the other hand, she has been involved in developing strategic plans for new and existing products entering the market, as well as organizational development plans. She knows how to create a product from scratch and shape it in a way that fulfills market needs.

Driven by passion, she is a strategist, visionary, enjoys engaging in conversations with people, and excels in interpersonal relationships. For many years, she has been actively involved in technological social projects dedicated to young individuals and local government units (JST).
